Charles Forscher, MD Dr. Charles Forscher is the Medical Director of the Cedars-Sinai Sarcoma Center and is an attending physician at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center with offices located in the Outpatient Cancer Center at the Samuel Oschin Comprehensive Cancer Center Institute. He previously served as the Clinic Chief of the Neoplastic Diseases Clinic at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York, where he was also an assistant professor. Dr. Forscher’s clinical expertise is in the treatment of bone and soft tissue sarcomas and other related tumors. His interest is in the use of combined modality treatment approaches for the management of sarcomas. Dr.Forscher received his medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 1978. His residency was completed at the Montefiore Medical Center in New York. He finished fellowships in hematology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and in neoplastic diseases at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York. Dr. Forscher is a member of the Connective Tissue Oncology Society. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine with subspecialties in medical oncology and hematology.
